I am Guoliang Luo (骆国樑). I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of Materials Science and Engineering at Jilin University. I am currently pursuing a PhD through a joint program between the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Nanjing University and Suzhou Laboratory.

My master’s research focused on machine learning-assisted screening of bismuth- and antimony-based optoelectronic semiconductors using first-principles calculations. My current research focuses on AI-assisted synthesis and characterization of spintronic devices.

My research interests include:

  • Machine learning
  • First-principles calculations
  • Spintronics
  • Memory devices
